Returns must be advised in writing to hello@oxfordshirelighting.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and received by us within 28 days of original delivery to yourself. 

You are responsible for the cost and safe return of your purchases.

Returned items must be in their original packaging (placed inside another box, for protection) undamaged and in a re-saleable condition – having not been installed.

We cannot refund products that have been wrongly fitted or be responsible for any consequences of mis-fitting our products. We recommend that you employ a qualified electrician to install our lighting products.

Please advise us of any damage to your items or information about incorrectly supplied products within 48 hours of delivery to hello@oxfordshirelighting.co.uk - please include images where possible.
